wayne are you sure that the doc you got is the MR? there must be some mistake... if nectar said post 26th june applicants are on hold till oct 2011 so they must be... Sapana Yes clearly I am halucinating. We're doing medicals next Tuesday, not because CIC asked us to, but in order to find out why we're halucinating that we've got medical requests, when we haven't. Hopefully the doctors can tell us Wayne. |

Dear Wayne,
First, congratulations!
I have been reading your posts for some time now; and I have also followed with interest your 'little' (ahem) tussle with Nectar.
I know that you look at things logically and make deductions about what might be happening to our applications, so....
What do you suggest I do:
I applied from London under NOC 4121 in December 2009, and my 2nd AOR is dated 26/7/10. My ecas shows RBVO and is not budging even after the specified 8 month period has passed. I sent a case specific enquiry, but there is absolute silence. I am a very patient (Professor of Literature) person, but now even I am getting jittery.
any advice?
