I have included my spouse as non-accompanying dependent, thinking that I will pay for the spouse fee after receiving PER.

Now I am claiming points for spouse in adaptability and don,t know whether I will be given points for the spouse education or not? if not then I am refused.

My application reached at CIO on March 16, 2011 and now at this stage what can I do to pay them processing fee and change my spouse from non-accompanying to accompanying dependent to receive 4 points?

Hi

Non accompanying, no adaptability points.

Thanks for your response.

But my concern is whether CIO calculate points or it is done by VO after PER?

and how can I fix this problem now?

She will not be taken into consideration for any points within THIS ONE application, you can however start over, but she will have to be accompanying spouse, no other ways around it.

Thanks for your reply mate

Can i submit my spouse,s fee now because it is only 10 days since my application reached CIO.  They may attach the fee with the original file.

dear

i think you had better request "withdrawal of application "as soon as possible and start the processing again.just sen a letter informing that "you will withdraw the application for personal reason"  to the VO . after withdrawing the application , start applying  again as soon and as long as the NOC is on the list and include your spouse in the application and claim points of adaptability cosequently .under the present circumstances , you are encountering a "refusal " and perhaps it will take an enormous amount of time to finish the ongoing process with the current application. so dont waste the time and miiss another chance  .

Thank you for the response.

I am considering some option including Withdrawal of Application or submission of Application Processing Fee which ever is more feasible.

Can you tell me how much time will they take to send back whole package in case of Withdrawal?

dear aruma

I do not know whether yiu sent full dox to the visa office or not. if you didn't send it by the time , then, you can send a letter and an email to the visa office requesting the withdrawal of application and a refund of fees . check the e-cas and you will know the status whether it is withdrawn or not.after the withdrawal , you may start applying again. please consider my  immediate post.fill the forms carefully so the it would make any trouble again.
