Hi,

Is Delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca correct email address for a case specific query?

Whats the apporx turn around time, as in by when can I expect a reply from CHCND?

If you send an e mail, they not reply.
Better you send case specific enquiry from the web site:-

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

follow the instructions to reach the required page "Contact us".

If you are sending a application status enquiry before 11 months average time it may take lot of time (about a month) to get response. But if you send it after the average time mentioned in your 2nd AOR letter you may get a response in 3-4 working days

My AOR from ND says "Contact us if you do not hear anything from us in 3 months time"... the letter is dated 16th Dec. I am planning to contact them in May if I dont hear anything from them i.e. in 5th month from the AOR.

Is that alright?
