hi! i would like to ask what should i do next after receiving request fo NBI cleance. my husband's clearance doesn't have thumbprint since i claimed it after he went back to his wok in canada. the request said it should have dy seal and thumbprint. he can't have his fingeprints in he document. what should we do?

Ask your husband to go to the nearest RCMP office with the NBI clearance and inform them that you need a thumprint and a dry seal. Also, inform them that you need it as a requirement for immigration.  They don't charge for this.  Hope this will help.
