I m a Naturalized Canadian citizen since 2005.I presently reside in USA. Due to some legal purposes I m in need of "Naturalization certificate". When and how should I get it. Please don't get confused with Canadian citizenship card. I have the citizenship card.....thanks...

When you became a citizen, you should have gotten a paper certificate as well as the card.  If you have lost it, I am not sure if you can get one again.  You can apply for a citizenship certificate at the CIC website but that is the card they will give you.  You can read about that here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp

There is a link here to request copies of documents: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/menu-other.asp but if you look at their list of documents, this is not one of them. 

You can apply for search of citizenship records, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/search.asp but they will only send you a letter stating when you became a citizen.
