May I ask, If anyone can help me, We had our ME at Nationwide last May 11, 2011, I sent an e-mail to Wendy last May 20, 2011, she replied May 27, 2011, she replied that our file is still in process. I decided to call this morning to look for Eden, she's on leave, I asked the girl who answered the phone regarding the status of our ME, she told me, my children is still on process, I have a referral to their cardiologist for clearance. The letter from the embassy requiring us for 60 days to comply. Our deadline will be on June 11, 2011, what should we do?
