NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT

Hi,
i gonna apply PR under canadian experience class.but in the application they r asking about national identity document.but i have national identity document but it doesnt have expiry date and it doesn't come in english.if i put my national identity document details without expiry date.still do i need to submit a copy? is it ok to submit a copy in my language?

please advice me
