National Identity Card Question

Hi Everyone


On the general application form it asks for the national identity document however my SO (Mexicans) card only has a month and year it was issued and does not have an expiration date.  What do I put in the box as it's not allowing me to validate the form if it's not entered in.

Any help or stories of what you've done in a similar situation is appreciated

Just pick a date way in the future for the expiry, then white it out when you print the form., use any date for the day.
