In the Document checklist, it ask for 'National IDs, family/household registry/book (if applicable)", what is it that is required from us?

Yes Civil ID but not driving license. National ID card issued by Govt of course. But if you don't have, not needed to run.....Just send if you have any.

This is something like SIN, SSN or uniquie ID issued by govt. If your country does not have one, you may indicate this field is not applicable

If you have a VOTER's ID (India), that will work or PAN card# although the latter is specific for Tax purposes.

Your National Indentity Card or tax payer card
