Nanny sisterinlaw,Qatar

 My Philippine wife's sister is in Qatar working as a nanny for her cousin. This nanny job is now ending and her visa will be over in July. My wife and I are in the process of bring her 7 yr old son to Canada and we just received news that CIC wants his pass port and a medical. We are also in the process of getting the sister in law from Qatar as our nanny. My question: is it faster,easier,better, to have the sister in law stay in Qatar and get her work permit from that embassy. or should we advise her to go to the Philippines and have Manila process the work permit. What happens if while applying from Qatar the visa runs out and she has to return home???

if you apply from qatar for canada visa in between your qatar visa will finish then you got rejection or you hve to tranfer file to philipines because whenever canada immigrtion issues the visa before  on that time they definately ask for vaild visa of that country where you applied for canada visa so overall best way to apply from philipines

Thank u for your answer. I worry about advising sister in law wrongly and have her lost in immigration limbo. But maybe ill advise her to go home because her job is now over and she is working as an all around for no pay, waiting for my expert opinion.
