I am presuming your last name changed due to marriage. This won't cause a problem because you will show your marriage certificate and they can see that you married Mr. Sukhwinder.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Hi,

You said all your documents are with new name and different than the educational certificate. Both the names are entirely different. If your first name, middle name or surname only differs with the passport and certificates,  there should not have much problems. I could  see only one solution, which may help sometimes,  if you  make a solemn affidavit saying that you are the same person, known with two different names as Simarjit and Sukhwinder. Prepare the affidavit with the help of any lawyer.
