NADRA / CDA DMA birth certificate from pakistan

are birth certificates issued by union council like DMA / CDA acceptable to visa office. my birth certificate is issued from CDA /DMA islamabad.

does nadra also issue any birth certificate??? what is the difference between nadra issued birth certificate and CDA / DMA issued birth certifictae. are they both acceptable to visa office london, thanks
