my wife is an american national and i am from pakistan ..i am a skilled worker with 3.7 years of experience as an electrical engineer (power) in WAPDA designated as shift engineer...i want the information that would it be easy for me to go to canada and work there on the base of my wife and if yes then whats its procedure nad if no then what is the other legal way......

Unfortunately, you don't get any special rights/treatment for being married to an American and you get very few for being an American.  The only provision for Americans is the NAFTA treaty which covers a fairly narrow band of professions -- more information here:  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/special-business.asp#nafta

However, in order to qualify, you yourself would have to be an American citizen.  Otherwise, you're in the same boat:  you can find a job first and apply with a confirmed job offer or you can apply separately and look for a job once you have your permanent residency, but the process is essentially the same (though quicker if you have a job offer.)
