my hwole FAMILY is in CANADA , since 1980
they all are citizens of Canada are permanent resident there
my three uncles and my 4 aunties and my grand mother is there as well
if one of myuncle sponsers me, my sister and my mother
then how long will it take us to get the CITIZENSHIP of canada

They can't sponsor you.   Assuming you and your sister are over 22, you would all have to submit skilled worker applications.  see: www.cic.gc.ca
