my Temporary stay visa was denied and applied to Quebec permanent visa

I forgot to check yes on the application for primary applicant form section 6
Have I been ever applied for the following:
Temporary stay visa

I did applied for a work permit last 2008 and where denied because the scanned photocopy the recruiter sent me which isn't the saskachewan lmo document
, and forgot to say yes on my quebec immigrant application.
I didnt know work permits belong to that question. Temporary stay visa.
Its not intended and its a mistake but will it affect my immigrant application to quebec?
Any answer will help me ease my mind.
