hi all

i want to know if my status ( recived by visa office) and officer refuse my application on this stage, then they refind my money or no?

pls advice

Hi

If visa office made a decision on your file then you are not eligible to get a refund but if you withdraw your case when its in process ( before decision been made ) then you can get a refund.

well i think at this stage they wont give you refund. because they already reviewed / processed your application.

after RBVO rejection means that they have worked on the application calculated points etc. . which means processing, so i personally think that you wont get refund after processing.

i personally feel that cic only refund when they reject you on the basis of noc eligibility. other then that no refund at any stage.

If you withdraw your case now then you can get refund but if decision is made on your case then fees will not be refunded either its rejected at the same status "Recevd by VO" or when it gets "in-process", once decision is made on your case no refund.
