Did you get your PER (by email)/ AOR?

It means your app is undergoing the normal process, is probably at the ND CHC, and if all is well you should get a letter for medicals soon.

On the above topic,

Try and be inclusive - if you write the message in English not only will you have the Gujratis, but maybe all Indians, South East Asians, Europeans .. the whole world trying to give an accurate answer. Especially since you're immigrating, let's try and be "inclusive", instead of "exclusive"

Since I dont understand the language you've written in, I guess this is what you want to know.

The first line indicates that CIC has rcvd your application.
Second line indicates they have sent you a PER (Positive Eligibility Review). Congrats! With this you have crossed the biggest milestone.
Third line indicates that your application has now rchd your VO (which must be New Delhi I am guessing), and your VO has started processing your application. Congrats again.This is another big milestone. The next thing is you will rcv a MR/PPR/RPRF/PCCR (Medical request/passport request/right of landing fee request/police clearance certificate request).

You have made very good progress so far. May you go at this speed ahead and realise your dream.
