I apply tree months ago for a student visa, to study in one of the colleges of Toronto,   but my visa was rejected without any reason only by officer had no sufficient evidence that I will be returning after studying again in my country (Albania), each which was ok and the bank guarantee and any other dock, they asked nothing of, nor any medical tests or other dock ie that my file was very correctly. Now I want to appeal to the court of Canada and for this I want to take a lawyer but  i want to know how many chances I have to win this issue and how much money and requires a lawyer for this work.

Awaiting a reply from you as soon as.

Best regard.

I do not think there is a formal appeal process for refused study permit.

The only thing you can do is reapply if you feel that your circumstances have changed which might result in a different decision.

You need to show strong ties to your home country.

Do you got a husband or a child or a property or shares in companies you need to prove ties is so important ! Then apply even though all your financial paper was okay maybe they think you are coming thats try and get all what i just said then it will be okay

thank you for your answers , in my country I have all my family and fiancé. I think that this is not a reason strong denial because they can not random if I will be back or not in my  place because I work in a institution here in my country and I confirmed this is the embassy. However, I thank you but I will go until the end by complaining to the court through an Canadian advocate.

Best regards

I can not apply again because it will happen the same thing again, so that will not give me visa for the same reason why I think the best is to complain to the court by presenting  by a lawyer that will  costs but I think it is the best way to follow by me.
