Hello,

I am in process of sending my application for PR, my question is... I learned that my dependent child will need to get medical examination which is ok but what about the custody papers? he is living with his dad and he won't come to Canada soon. Do I still need to send custody papers to immigration.

Yes, proof the father has custody.
