Hi folks this is my problem and is almost a puzzle,
  • - I'm living in USA the last 7 years but my visa expired 3 years ago,
  • - I was a Venezuela resident  emigrated there when was a kid but I never got my Venezuelan nationality,
now I lost my venezuelan residency since I am being out of the country for more than 5 years, (I just can't go back there without tramit another visa)
  • - I'm born in Colombia but I don't know nothing of Colombia and would be hard for me to cover a long period living there
  • - I'm marry with kids so is pretty hard for my just to fly for a couple of months just to fill my visa application losing my stable job

I guess the real question is: Can I apply on Buffalo even when my american visa expired years ago? somebody told me the answer is yes but is a long shot having only one opinion I would love to have more feedback thanks[/color]  Wink

If you were ever legally admitted to the US with a one year or longer visa, you can apply through Buffalo even if your visa has now expired.
