My sister wants to sponsor me to visit for one month which application do i need

Hi,

I want to visit my sister who is canadian citizen and she is doctor in Canada. Which documents of my sister are required and which application form i have to fill. I am currently in Norway and studying in University. I am married but i want to visit alone. My contry of citizenship is Pakistan. My PR application is in process at CHC London.

 I checked the application form from CHC London website but i could not found the form where the invitation of my sister is to be attached or her documents checklist OR there is need of invitation letter for a short visit or any other document of the person to whom i am visiting. Please give some sugesstions...

You have two options, You can travel alone on tourist visa, as you have student resident permit for Norway. But for this, you have to show VO that you have enough money to support yourself in Canada.
2. Your sister can invite you as she is a canadian citizen. You can ask CHC what documents or papers you need for this purpose. Don't worry .

 But my degree is not yet completed. It will complete in December 2011 and i want to visit during summer vocation.

Is,nt  it a strong tie to my country of residence that i will come back that my wife is still in Norway and my studies are not yet completed.


What do you sugfest what should i do  to prevent  rejection. What documents of my sister should be attached.

How should i contact CHC they usually do not reply through emails and do you know about any telephone number of CHC London or any other way to contact them so that i can have my desired information.

Do not worry. You are studying in Norway? Go to good travel agency, a big one. They can also guide you. Your sister can ask to local authority in Canada, I guess Immigration office or other office concern to your matter. She can find out easily in telephone directory. Do you have student resident permit for Norway ? If yes, then you can apply for tourist visa to Canada for summer vacation.You have to show VO that you have enough cash for your vacation and you had to return to finish your study. you will get a tourist visa. Any other questions, you can always ask. ok
