You are not considered legally married to your new wife until you have ur divorce certificate in hand! Period!
And obviously you cannot sponsor her as a spouse. You have to wait till your divorce is finalized and re-marry your new wife.

I find it pretty hard to believe that two totally different unrelated cases can sound so much the same...and you so very right nobody here would want to help someone abuse the system so clearly the OP needs to have a lot more disclosure before anyone can offer any worthwhile help.

Yes, sounds like a problem.
And sounds like you are one of the people that make a bigger problem for people in genuine relationships.

None. You have to be legally married to your wife to sponsor her as a spouse. You married her before you got divorced, so you are not legally married to her and so cannot sponsor her. You can wait until your divorce is finalized, and then remarry her. Or if you are a Canadian citizen, you can live with her for one year in Pakistan, and then have her apply as your common-law spouse. If you are only a Canadian PR, this probably won't work, as PRs have to stay in Canada during processing, and Islamabad takes so long that the visa officer may not believe you are actually common law. However, you will have a very hard time sponsoring anyone, given the description of your background. Applying to sponsor your wife twice, and withdrawing the application twice, and then marrying someone else before you are even divorced, will mean the visa officer will be suspicious of your motives. You will need a lot of proof that the relationship is genuine.

Kedeisha - really....good work catching that. I saw that post from the "third wife" too and when I read this one I kinda drew a parallel, but not as well as you did. It truly looks like the other side of the story being described.

i find it weird and would offer no encouragement except find a new hobby marrying for money is not good as it creates backlog for people that want to get into canada also making it harder for people from their own country just plain selfish

Given the date of divorce (after the date of marriage), would CIC even consider that a valid marriage?

Why is butterfly1 not defending himself? it's because he's lying and frauding people and what kedeisha said is true. There's really no need for us to help this person at all. If anything He should be reported. It's because of people like him, the government got suspicious and are now even doubting the people who are genuine and the visa process takes forever.

You know what makes me so mad,is that back in a young past, people were able to get marry with a person they love oversea, and get to be together,i've been married with my spouse for a little more than a year and a half,do you find it normal that some couple getting married and not beeing able to live together for a period of 2 years,i dont know about you players out there, but i dont happen to cheat on my spouse, and what pisses me off is that this awaiting process gets extended to a longer period nowadays because of people that cheat the immigratiion system,YES YES loll ITS all YOUR FAULT!
