Just got a reference letter from my previous employer. They have refused to state the salary as they claim it's against the company policy to disclose that. Most importantly, they did not specify my job description as regards to duties and responsibilities. They only specified the position.

What else can I do to prove that my job was actually on the NOC 38 list?

Any help will be appreciated.

Can any of your colleagues write what the your job description are based on what you were doing in the office?

You will need to write a letter explaining that your employer refused to oblige you with your job description.

What about your initial employment letter which should have you job description?

Copies of emails and all, sent or received by you doing the course of your employment?
