My Passport is return with medical

Hello everyone

I applied for Work Permit CIC Islamabad, Pakistan five month back. Now this week my passport is return from CIC with medical report.

There is no instructions or any guidance for medical they just sent medical report type form.

I am confuse

where am I done my medical ?
what is the time line for medical ?

Why they return my passport ?

I have to sent back my passport again after medical ?

1.  You take the medical forms to the DMP in your country, the list is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=1999&CountryName=Pakistan
2.  Do the medical as quickly as possible, as the result take 30 days to reach Isbad.
3.  You require your passport to show to the Dr. for your medical.  Note you will also probably need 2 photos, check your local visa office requirements.
4.  You will have to return your passport to Isbad.

You should have been sent instructions on what to do together with a list of DMPs in your area, and how soon you should send back proof that you have complied with the requirement. The instructions might have been inadvertently omitted.
