My Morning start with 2nd File Number from Buffalo USA

Good morning,
If you remember guys I am the guy who make relationship documents with my uncle his parents and grand parents with same name from my village and he help me to prove that he is my uncle Canadian citizen, so my lawyer told me that my document is accepted my relationship documents are perfect and no problem at all,  CIO issued 1st AOR in March 2011 , I sent my documents within 4days and now I got 2nd AOR today, I am the new NOC june 2010 applicant.
I tried to write down before in this forum but due to workload I can't turn back here and even I have doubt before my relationship documents, but I got 2nd AOR and my E-case is "In-process" as my lawyer said my all documents and eligibility completed , even I check e-case it's in-process, so no problem about my any documents regardless educational and work related background will start check by the visa office.
Thanks god I got relationship points otherwise I am not elligible for PR just 2points less if I don't submit this relationship document. I got 16points of IELTS but less points in experience and educationl due to diploma and certification courses. now I trust my lawyer that he give me good advice to claim the points.
Waiting for next step.... thanks guys.. but I prove here that CHC and CIO not perfectly check this relationship in depth, even no more proof at my home country too, but yes my uncle get call from CHC nearly 2weeks ago and they replied that Prashant is my brother's son and I am his uncle.
