Dear sirs

I have a question ,i hope somebody answer me .
I sent my immigration documents to canada without IELTS , They sent them back to me and asked me for ielts and i started to study it , suddenly the revolution aginst the president started in my country  and the britsh council (closed) cz the chaos which is happened here in the country , means===> No exams for political reason .

The question is : Do you advice me to send my documents again with explanation paper about this matter??

You have to have the IELTS before applying ,if possible try other places , as posted by steaky

Hi, as CHC accepts only two formats of test:


IELTS: International English Language Testing System (General Training test only)

CELPIP: Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (General test only)

Check with local Canadian embassy in your country if there are conducting CELPIP exam. As senior members have already suggested you that without any above test results , CHC will not give you any single mark on your language.

my friend it seem from ur post that u r from syria . if so u can make exam in lebanon

You must take it from any other neighboring country.
There are other cities that takes IELTS in Syria. I suppose you are in Syria.
