Can you spare some time and throw some light on your accommodation..
Like....
1) how u booked it??
2) How many rooms? bath rooms etc.?
3) Rent?
4) Amenities?
5) Service charges for amenities?
6) What brokerage u paid if any?
7) Is it basement accommodation?
How did u go about agreement and lease etc. ?
9) Will highly appreciate if you upload a pic or two of your new home  @  canada on some free website and share the link

1) how u booked it??- My relative in Canada booked it
2) How many rooms? bath rooms etc.?- 2 bedroom, 1 bath3) Rent?-1060
4) Amenities? water and electricty included in rent, rest I have to pay5) Service charges for amenities?- See no-4 above
6) What brokerage u paid if any? no, because my relative did it for me.7) Is it basement accommodation?- Apartment in high rise building How did u go about agreement and lease etc. ?- My relative organised it.
9) Will highly appreciate if you upload a pic or two of your new home      @      canada on some free website and share the link- When you google you will find many such websites with pics includedRegards,

Hope you will ask him to help us too in finding accommodation (for me its still a long time though)
BTW, where did you land(where in toronto or GTA) and which area do you stay in presently?

Is basement accommodation cheaper than an apartment or a room? What is the average rent of a basement accommodation?
