Hi, cnetplanet,Congratulation!!No problem in getting the accommodation. I would suggest you that first you can stay in short term accommodation and then you can go for permanent accommodation according to your need, budget and requirement. I have posted the details of short term accommodation and permanent accommodation on same thread. You need to sign the lease contract for permanent house or apartment. Please check the reply # 493 dated 16-02-2012 and reply # 484 dated 05-02-2012. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/my-landing-experience-and-observations-t41271.75.htmlFor mobile services please check reply # 503 dated 29-02-2012 http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/my-landing-experience-and-observations-t41271.60.html (it is updated, posted just one month ago, and on service provider's website you can find all latest discount, deals, special offers and variety of packages) E-mail address sent to you, check your inbox. Hope that helps, hmisabpk

Hi, Zero, 1. Search and select from below links all are accessible to Bus and Subway system. 2. Right here links are given below 3. Within few days you can find 4. Yes it is very easy 5. Not true, if you are living in and want to end the contract you need to give 60 days' notice, otherwise no problem. Majority of rental office will start renting the apartment by the first day of the month. 6. For permanent apartment check the reply # 484. Also check these link http://www.viewit.ca/TorontoZones.aspx , http://www.torontorentals.com/Below are the furnished apartment links also check reply # 493 for short term accommodation. • http://www.delsuites.com/?gclid=CNyWq_OXk68CFcsAQAod3hdLzw• http://www.airbnb.com/search/?location=Toronto&af=173684&c=srch_tor_flat&gclid=CNDpiYeYk68CFY0BQAodaSZF1Q• http://www.alfredfurnishedapartments.ca/• http://www.torontofurnishedapartments.com/• http://www.torontosuites.com/• http://www.torontostays.com/• http://www.furnishedapartmentstoronto.ca/Hope that helps, hmisabpk
