Hi,
Here are some information for Nurses and Nursing related professional immigrant (newly landed or planning to land in few months). How to get registration in Ontario province For professional Licensed and Registration as RN, PLN, OR RM, the applicant must go through the educational evaluation of theory and practical / credit hours should be according to the requirement, then one can for for exam and that is quit tough. If study hours or not equivalent according to their requirement then they will ask to go through placement ( study and practical without pay for few months) and again they will evaluate if got better marks, they will allow to appear in exam and then can have title and able to practice as RN /LPN.
Each province has the different rules and standers to evaluative. The applicate should have the vialed license from the country he/she study and the country where recently practicing, with original transcript and verification well be sent with application package.
For Ontario province, registration the college of Ontario for Nurses is responsible. The we blink is

My advice it is better to apply for registration couple of weeks before landing. They are taking 12 week to process the application and only 2-3 time per year is exam.
