Your family will receive the OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) card after 90 days of their landing. (Count from the date of their landing not your / principal applicant landing date)
Yes they will be able to get the medical treatment in "walk in clinic" free of charge but in case if any one need any special care or investigation or hospitalization (God forbidden) before receiving the OHIP cards then you have to pay, some cases they will pay you back ( after receiving the OHIP card), if your family will not use any private or single room in the hospital. ( in case of hospitalization)

For general medical problems, conman cold or fever no fee at "walk in clinic" / or with appointment clinics (Government Clinics).

Private clinics are charging $30-50 CAD per consultation with out medication (drugs) in minor medical, or dental problems.
