My girlfriend is from the philippines and i just know she got pregnant.  Can she stay here with me in canada for her pregnancy period and still asking for an immigration statue

They won't give her an extension on her visa to have a baby.

 A visiting visa is only good for the specified time,immigration canada could give you more info but they are pretty shrude with thier tactics as far as sending people home.
  In most situations people marry in forign countries,the citizen returns and then applies to sponsor-3/6 months+ there is alot of red tape to go through so your best bet might be to find out all your info from immigration,let her return home and visit her until all the details are covered.
  some immigration lawers will give you a to-do list for a modest amount.
 I'm still learning on the fly but my wedding is in the phillipeans this summer.

hi, well if she is on visit visa they wont allow her to born baby in Canada and she should return to her country and if she wont then next time for her to get even visit visa to canada will be difficult but you can more details from Lawyers or keep posting your concerns hope someone give you better advise but my advise is dont allow your girlfriend over stay in Canada ,
