Does anybody can help with advice ?
My Friend needs an Interpretor for the interview in Antalia (Russian-English).
There is no certification in Turkey.
He got a letter that an interpretator has to meet MISS requirements to translate in immigration interview.
He has an immigration interview for Quebec immigration at the end of August in Antalia (Turkey).
He speaks Russian and needs Russian-English translator.

Any advice even what kind of requirements ?

Have your friend resolved his problem, have he found any translator.
