If you do nothing, decision made before getting medical request usually means refusal.  You can take charge of this situation and do something to rectify this problem.  Go to Cappuchino's post and you will see a link to his blog.  On that blog is a post about NERs.  Go and read it.  It is a good success story.  Don't hesitate....act NOW.  Send your request to CIO AND VO.  Good Luck.

I have an official letter from my bank addressed to the CIC confirm that the check is still valid,I sent it to them with the Email , will that help  ?
