Dear all
here I write my experince details starting with current job----

1- Sr Software Engineer (not in NOC) less one year
2- IT manager (in NOC) 4 years
3- Manager Software Developement (in NOC) 4 years
4- System Analyst (not in NOC) 4 years

kindly let me know that wiont it be any problem is I mention my current job which is on low degree than my last job as IT manager?

and also giuide me my career flow is approvable or not?

If you can give satisfactory proof of the IT Manager's Job plus you score overall 67 points than its not a problem.

I have matching jobdescription as mentioned in NOC guide.
and also i am gaining my wife 4 points , she is MSc and doing job in IT.
I this should not be any problem? what do u think?

My suggestion is, directly jump to NOC website & compare your job responsibilities with NOC;0213. Whole picture would be clear to u...........Smiley
