Hi

My employer was changed, but I didn't informed the VO, Is there any problem if the VO  verify my job status & they found that i already resigned from my previous  job & I didn't inform them about the new job.

My suggestion inform them (VO) ASAP as it may impact the application.

It's good to inform VO, it's not must or mandatory to inform once you cahnge employer.
you must have to inform:
if you get marry or you child get marry / you divorced / widow.
you have new born baby / death of dependents like spouse or child.
passport renewed (including you , spouse and your childs).
completion of education if pending any degree or diploma or masters or phd.
change in residence mailing address.

you must have to update VO in above cases.

otherwise it's okay if you forget to update VO.

This is what i found in IMM 5612:

The officer will base his/her decision on the documents on file at the time of the assessment. In the following circumstances, it is
your responsibility to notify the visa office processing your case and provide the relevant supporting documentation if there are
changes in the following:
• family status (e.g. marriage or common-law union, divorce, annulment, legal separation, birth, adoption, death of the
principal applicant or any accompanying family member, including grandchildren born to dependent children);
• education (e.g. completion of another degree): or
• mailing address/e-mail address/contact information.

Any changes which we have not been informed of will delay processing or may result in the refusal of the application or the
exclusion of a family member.

Workplace is not mentioned above, but maybe seniors will know better.

good canadarulez , at my workplace CIC website is slow today, I dont know but our internal issue at work I am sure... it's not mandatory to inform work related (like if you laidoff / resign or change employer).
