My DH is getting ready to apply for Citizenship, I have a few questions

1. I want to send his fingerprints in with the application. We had problems towards the end of his PR application with cross identities, so to make sure the process isn't delayed we are just going to send the prints in.
2. Does it make a difference if the fee is paid online or in a bank?
3. Is anyone applying from Toronto, ON, if so can you share your timeline with me.
That's it for now but I'm sure I'll have many more questions.
TIA

I live in Alberta but I think they send all the applications to the same place so I don't think it matters if you live in Ontario or somewhere else. Anyway, I applied for my citizenship back in 2006, February I believe. They were very quick to send me a confirmation letter, only about 2 weeks I think but since then I have waited and finally now, 2 years and 3 months after the confirmation letter, they have called me in to take the citizenship test. According to their website, getting to the test is only supposed to take 8-10 months but I guess they are back logged. I have no idea how long it will take from the test until being sworn in. Maybe another 2 yrs. :)
