my dependent with possible oervasive developmental disorder

Hi,My daughter(28 months old) was referred to a developmental pediatrician by the medical officer when we had our medical,and the developmentalist report  was possible developmental disorder,meaning delayed speech and recommends to undergo therapy.I am just concerned that will it affect our application because of the status of my daughter.Will it be possible that we cannot be granted of the visa,
