My cap according to NOC 3131 is 656 as of 17th of jan, 2011. Would be I fall within the cap if i apply in a month time ?
pls share your ideas .

There is no guarantee Menge8. You better move faster or else you have to wait for the next year.

I suggest meanwhile you follow CIC on twitter or thru RSS feeds to learn updates on the cap. Good luck.
