My brother wants to apply for FSW. He lives in Sydney,Australia and his job location is Melbourne, Australia. He has to submit Police clearance certificate. So he has to get PCC from Melbourne because his job location is melbourne or he has to get PCC from Sydney.

He can submit the PCC from any location, CHC expects one PCC from One country.

he will put his file from india because he will come to india next month and stay here for one year. his job is insurance adjuster. His job is in NOC Canada. so i am curious to know to when he will get first file number and then final visa after AOR received.

hummm my cousin he is staying in mumbai and doing job in new delhi where he has to PCC in India.

which one, Arbaz or Sohail             Cheesy just kidding....

One Police Certificate per country...

Once applicant apply, it takes approx. 50-70 working days to get file no.
then it takes approx. 12-18 months to get Visa.... New Delhi is one of the fastest center, so he can expect Canadian PR approx. in 14 months....

From any where in India.... he can apply either at DCP office where he is staying currently or can apply through passport office... (one can apply for India PCC via passport office also.)

is it necessary to apply pcc from where person is doing job in one state or he can get pcc from his native city i mean native state? will CIC ask that you worked in state A and get pcc from native state B?HuhHuhHuh confused?HuhHuhHuh

No issues from where u get the PCC..... it would be okay if he applies PCC at native, even if he is working in different state....

My wife lives in USA, when she visited India, that time we needed Indian PCC for her, so she applied from her native and VO has accepted India PCC which she got from her native. I got my India PCC from Indian Consulate in USA, that was also accepted by VO....
