My boyfriend will apply for my sponsorship, also my family need medical exam?

We are in mexico trying to start the process, then i got to make a list of the people that will accompany me or not that are members of my family, for any case i want to sponsor them later. I understand i have to make a medical exam, but do i also have to provide them from the beginning their medical examination too?? im wondering if this is only the first step for applying with the chance of getting it rejected, why would i need to send my family medical exams on the first stage.  The reason why i ask is because i will take them with me eventually, but the exams are expensive and my grandmother doesnt have yet a passport.. so i cant find any information that i could only send my medical information without the other family members.. I dont want to ruin the possibilities of sponsoring them.


Another question.. do i need to include my uncle and other grandma on this list or can my father sponsor her later? cause if i have to include them i might also need their medical and passport info.

I am making the assumption that you are being sponsored to Canada by a spouse if it is your boyfriend have you been in a common/law relationship for a year?
1.  First of all go back and read the instructions and forms again.
2.  If you are being sponsored  only you and any dependent children in the application have medical exams.
3.  Your parents and siblings are only listed on the IMM 5406.
4.  Your grandma is not listed any where.

Right, you don't list your parents and grandparents as non-accompanying because even if you wanted to take them with you, you couldn't.  Your boyfriend can only sponsor you and your kids if you have any.  Those are the only people that should be listed as accompanying or non-accompanying in your application.

Once you get to Canada, if you have enough income, you can apply to sponsor your parents and grandmothers.  It takes at least 3-4 years to do that and at that time they will have to have a medical and they will also need passports.  I am not certain you can even sponsor them all at the same time.  If your parents get to Canada, they may apply to sponsor their mothers if they have enough income.  As for the uncle, if he is a fully grown man, he can not be sponsored by any of you under the federal program but if some of you decide to live in Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan, there is a possibility that somebody could sponsor him under the family stream provincial nominee program.  If not, then you could try to get him a job offer to help him immigrate on his own.
