My application was received by CIO on October 31 2011. Do I have time ??? HELP

my application was received by CIO on october 31 2011.
the number at the time for pharmacists (NOC 3131) just reached 402 out of 500.
do i have time ? will i make it before the 500 cap ?
please some one tell me i'm very worried.

My application is also received on the same date but NOC 7241. At that time it just reached only 36 today it is 42

And in your case is also it was 402 but today Nov 7 it is reached 440, from these we can assume that ours is on their table.

 if they are updating according to this data, then it is Ok otherwise  No guarantee
