Hi ,

My Application was Not Proeessed citing the reason as  follows :

" You have indicated that you have work experience in occupations with the following NOC codes: 4163, occupation – Market Research, Sr Market Research, Account Manager, Account Executive 0611, occupation – Sr Manager Business, Account Manager 0123,  occupation – Manager Business D .  These occupations are not included on the list of eligible occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008.  Your application is therefore not eligible to be processed"

I have received only the fees back  from the CIO office canada.
Note : I have  not received the any documents from CIO Office  Which I have submitted.

My questions

1)  How do I resubmit my application
2) Do I have to print all the applications forms to resubmit ?
3) Federal skilled worker NOC codes,  I think I have done some error in my previous application with regards to NOC codes,
Can any one suggest me the exact NOC for Federal skilled worker ?
My job experience titles were as follows :
Market Research Analyst,
Sr Market Research Analyst,
Market Research Analyst,
Market Research Analyst,
Sr Manager Business development Manager
Manager Business Development
Account Manager
Account Manager,
Account Executive

Note Over all I have 12 years of experience.

Please help me in this.
Thanks

The exact NOC code depends on your duties. You should check the hrsdc website for NOC codes that match your duties.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration. The CIC website is a great (if not the greatest) resource for Canadian Immigration. Also see http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/common-questions-t13225.0.html

Sorry to know about your case. You can resubmit your application. Pls. study thoroughly the 38 NOCs and the job description, then select the suitable NOC and job description for you. You must work on that before next application.

Have you received your refund cheque with the refusal letter ?

Good luck.

Dear Smile,
You are Intelligent person with 12 year experiences .. NOW  you should have to  fight for your rights. If you know you are eligible candidate for that  option  then don't give up . now you should go through 38 Noc code list and make sure u will check all the relevant  points ..and do not write your duties as you  will  see in website in HRSDC...I mean not  word by word but logically has to be same with proof .
Best wishes,
