My application to canada pr through skilled worker category

Hi,i am mini 4m chandigarh.I have a query regarding pr through skilled worker category.I have done Masters in computer applications.I had filed my pr case to canada in year 2008 as a web designer.Now after maternity leave,i have joined a software company that's owned by my husband.We are working together in this company.He's showing my salary through company account from last 4 months.Now i want to fasten my visa process through a job offer from canada.I am working in an organisation registered on the name of my husband.'ll it adversaly affect my file process in embassy?
