Bummer ! Voc Inst'r is already an over crowded NOC there in Canada and CIC has more than twice the number of this NOC's applications on their hand than they can process in 2011.

I filed in Nov 2009. I did my medicals (because of family situation I expedited them).My status still says In Process and every time I write them a letter reply is the same : "After reviewing our records, your application is in queue for processing"
 
I think we just have to wait but who knows how long. Hope yours will be faster.

you're lucky that they havent rejected your case as they have  time before they must finalize a file.
I wonder what kinda family problem could occur that compelled you to postpone your processing.
