Hi

I am in same situation,
When I checked photocopies of my forms also found some mistakes which I made during filling up the form.
1. I forgot write (n/a) in (other names you are using) in imm 0008 schedule 1
2. I forgot to write NONE in (Military service).
What you guys suggest!

What should I do?

if your application was received by CIO before one month ago,i think its better for you to wait thiere reply, elss resend the document with the rectification and exeplaination letter for the reason of resubmittion.

Finally I've got my application Back in the mail today. I'm going to correct this Mistake and send it back tomorrow by FedEx.
I already waste it two month waiting, hopefully I'll get right this time.
By the way even if you sent an update to correct the mistake, there is no way to match your application with your update since they don't keep any record for what they consider incomplete application.

It is my case too. I got wrong while writing my Visa office (wrote Canada instead of Buffalo) Besides, revising the whole forms I found out in some other forum that in the dates for Schedule 1 and Schedule 3 it is incorrect to put words as "until now, present, today, etc" the correct case is to add the final date which you are applying.

Hello all,

Some body mentions here in this thread that validity of DD is six months.  Yes, Validity of DD is six months for which it is payable in the same country.  But DD drawn by one banker upon another located in another country then validity is for one year from the date of issue.  This is for imformation of all concerned.

Hello everyone!
I mailed my application package last sept 8 and recieved my application back. Because the main duties listed on Schedule 3, page 2 of my application are insufficient and I need provide a detailed description.
Then I should change only the given form...?
And how to be with dates on the first forms?
Or to alter all forms and to correct all dates?
Thank

The date on the first form is official stamp of receiving your file, however you are free to edit or modify any of your documents to the correct way.
as if you read carefully at the end of your letter with your return file they said that they don't keep any record for incomplete Application, as in your case.
Today I just mailed back my application to Ns after I correct it and reviewed it 20 times carefully.

Hi guys

I am having same question as somebody else asked in this forum.
That is if i send my forms once again to CIO with covering letter explaining the reason for resubmission of forms, how they will locate my application or why will they pay attention to my application as they must be receiving hundreds of applications every day or how we can rule out the possibility that if they take it negatively why I am sending my application twice.

is there anybody who did this thing successfully.

Again Don't waste your time crying your bad luck. just wait for your application to be back, then correct it and resend it.
as of my case the update did not work since they could not locate my application without any reference number.
