LONG STORY SHORT, I DID THE MISTAKE DUE TO CONTRADICTORY CIO AND VO WEBSITE INFORMATION.

MY QUESTION IS;

CAN I SEND MY APPLICATION PACKAGE AGAIN TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A POST JUNE 30, 2011 PROCESSING PHASE?? OR SHOULD I WAIT TILL CIC ANNOUNCES NEW UPDATES??

you can send new package if your NOC is not reached the CAP. you can resend with correct payment to CIO, but you have to send before the new NOC will announce. Because if your NOC will no longer in NEW NOC then it will problem for you. so re-send it ASAP. I think you dont have to do more documents collection, just get new payment information and send it to CIO.

June 28, 2010 Ministerial Instructions and Federal Skilled Worker Class Applications WHICH SAYS THAT

"For the unique purpose of calculating the caps, the first year will begin on June 26, 2010, and end on June 30, 2011. Subsequent years will be calculated from July 1st to June 30th, unless otherwise indicated in a future MI.

PLZ HAVE A LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO POST THE ADDRESS HERE.

If and only if your application arrives AFTER 30th June 2011 will it be considered for next year's quota. If it arrives 29th June or earlier it will be returned because the CAP is full.

Furthermore since you have no guarantee that NOC will be on the list next year, maybe better to wait until the new instructions come out on 1st July 2011 - if your NOC is on the list then send it straight away.
