My application is missing

Dear All.. I sent my immigration application with fee to CIO office in Aug 2010. After I did not get any reply from them for a year. I checked with them through email.

I got a reply that they are unable to trace my application. I have the FedEx receipt with me..

Ps advice me, what should I do?

Hi Harvinder

At the time you sent the original application, CIO used to respond via e-mail with in 60-75 days advising you to submit the full documentation to CHC. I suspect you never received the e-mail and your file was closed.

You may double check with the CIO if this was the case. If you applied under FSW-1 and if you NOC is still under new 29 list, it may be more fruitful to reapply then chasing the old application

Same thing happened to my friend when she applied before 2years. that was in oct 2009.
Now she is applying again with all new documents. So you can reapply  as there is no chance to get your application back.

Most of the blame full on you ,at least you  trace it after 6 months,Anyhow re apply again after send letter to them explaining what happened
