ok i will agree with you all, however she had 10 yrs of education as per the cic she can get 2 points for that, cic never considered any points in her case and it is showing 0, they didnt even mentioned that you cant claim points on your wifes education.

Hi

No she cant even get 2 points the minimum is 3 and that is if have 12 and a diploma or university degree.
For having just 12 yrs high school wont give any points. Below is the table from the guide i copied it for you.

A. Spouse or common-law partner's level of education
Secondary school (high school) diploma or less: 0 points
 A one-year diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 3 points
 A diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree of two years or more and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 4 points
 A Master‟s degree or PhD and at least 17 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 5 points

Cheers

dear reddy

i would like to say that dr. hasib and mr. saki  are very true to their words. there is nowhere written about the 2 points of wife's education on cic official website. i must say you should not waste your money by appealing in cio instead of that you should appear again in ielts exam, score good bands to clain 12 points and make a fresh application.

good bye brother.....

thank you all for the advice, if want to make a fresh application how long it will take?

earlier i have applied for accomodation manager as i have degree from hotel management

now i see that it is not under the noc

it only have ◦0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers

if i wish to apply again how should i go about it?

is there any noc for higher manager level like accomidation manager or hotel manager?

You need to check the current noc list and see if your job duties matches with anyone then you can apply again. They says it's fast track and takes 12 months but they are taking more than that.

hi
I would like to share my cousin's experience.....who got 66 points exactly like you.

she was the mail applicat ad her husband had same qualification as ur wife has had i.e. intermediate

she has an exact case like you cent per cent

her case was also refused......no point of going for appeal, i believe

better apply in some other category if ur own category is not enlisted
take care
