My application back from CIO with Objection

Hi Guys once again i need your help ... yesterday i received my application back from CIO with some objection i bit confused about it so i am going to attached the scanned copy of CIO reply do please guide me.

kindly tell me which thing is missing in my application... according to me i think didnt mentioned the Concerned department...

I am also confused about this brother Do we Pakistanis need to send our applications to Sydney CA or London UK?

P.S. You need to mention LONDON as your VISA OFFICE , because the London Visa Office Processes cases for Pakistan

Sorry to say this but you have made a silly and childish mistake! Your visa office must be Islamabad if you are residing in your country.

Sydney, NS - CIO is just an intake office for acceptance of new applications and providing either Positive Eligibility or Negative Eligibility based on your application and supporting documents.

i know my required destination is London Embassy ... Islamabad is not accepting FSW application only CIO receiving it and u know after processing they will forward to choosen embassy

As per the link ur visa office is London but the should still send ur application to CIO-Sydney, NS in Canada.

Once CIO determines that u r eligible they will forward ur application package & supporting documents to London visa office.

As per the link ur visa office is London but the should still send ur application to CIO-Sydney, NS in Canada.

nothin silly or childish about it shafqatz. infact u made urself appear silly by saying tht your VO must be Islamabad. for MI3 applicants the VO for Pakistanis is London n this is wht shud b mentioned in the application.

shahi i am so sorry to hear this. but if ur NOC is still not capped u shud send ur application again. u shud also come to the thread started by westpoint for MI3 applicants. there u can ask questions n u will get good suggestions. u have to make sure tht ur application does not have any other mistake. good luck.

dear i upload the one which i got... rest of the thing i mentioned my point of objection and they said you have not mentioned which is ur visa office bcz of this they send back

one more main and important question the CAP of my specific feild (Biologist ) is reached to 500 ... now still i am eligible to send it again....?

cap reached up to 500 now what should i have to do???
