I am sending my passport in and am having trouble printing the email I received from Buffalo requesting my passport. I tried two different computer and printers, but it's almost as though it's encrypted, blech. Anyway will there be any confusion if I don't send a copy of the letter so long as I include my file number?

I'd print out a letter just to be safe. Why don't you go to a library tomorrow or a staples and have them print it out for you? It's always wise to keep hard copies for yourself!
Congrats on obtaining your ppr!

Congrats on the PPR... usually the email states that you should include a copy of the PPR email along with the passports. If it says so them you should definitely include it... How about copying everything and pasting it to MS Word or some other Word processor?

Best of luck!
